Working Theory :PTC high voltage coolant heater Series Products, with high-pressure PTC as the heating element, can be
controlled by high-pressure contractors and IGBT in two modes,achieving power adjustment in steps and PWM regulation,
providing independent
heat for the entire vehicle through circulating medium.

lThe heating element is a high-pressure PTC, with a protection rating of IP67 and a continuous dry-burning
time of > 500h;
lThe controller monitors the high-voltage voltage and current in real-time during operation, and actively
cuts off the high-voltage and shuts down the machine to give an alarm when there is over voltage/over current;
lThe heater is equipped with a high-voltage fuse, which can cut off the high-voltage in time when an internal short
circuit occurs, preventing other parts of the vehicle from malfunctioning;
lThe product has passed the EMC and E-Mark certification;
lThe product can achieve controlled heating and timing through CAN communication;
lThe product is corrosion-resistant, meeting the 720h salt spray test for neutral salt fog.
